Come and cheer on Wales in Cooper’s Field during Euro2016

Welcome to my latest Vlog – which is on our announcement to have a fanzone for Wales’ Euro2016 games at Cooper’s Field in Bute Park.

Earlier today we spoke to members of the media at a launch with our partners BBC Wales and Sayers Amusements Ltd.

I am sure we will be able to put on a memorable family event for fans in Bute Park alongside the wonderful setting of Cardiff Castle. Fans will miss none of the action as the matches will be shown on one of the biggest mobile LED screens in the country.

The capacity is around 6,000 so there’s lots of room at this this family-friendly event.

It’s also completely free to attend the fanzone and there will be lots of entertainment for the family. Volunteers from the Lord Mayor’s charity – Cancer Research Wales – will also be collecting at the site so we are asking fans to dig deep into their pockets to support a good cause at the same time as cheering on the Wales team in the Euros.
